Guidelines for story slam stories:

Your story should:

be a personal and true (though,embellishments are welcome)

be told without notes have a beginning, middle, & end (It’s best to stick to one event rather than tell us ‘all about your childhood’.)

be 5-7 minutes long (We might not kick you off the stage, but we could lose interest. Make sure your story has a point- then get to it.)
