Jason Erskine took home the prize once again, this time with the story of the time he found out a little too late why Club Mannequin was absent of any female attendees. Josh Winger (pictured wearing the Anderson Story Slam Camp belt) was runner up. They posed along with our guest emcee, Eric Lee(middle).

Our next slam will be at 7pm on August 29 at McGee’s Irish Pub. The theme will be “That’s the story of my life!”

Two Year Anniversary Slam

Two years of story slams and no one has killed Joey–yet. If you’ve heard his lampoonery then you understand why this is remarkable.

But seriously, we love our emcee and it wouldn’t be the same without him!

Come out to McGee’s Irish Pub and hear what he and our storytellers have to say at our next story slam. We’ll start around 7p.m. Monday, May 23.

March 2011 Slam Winner

Jason Erskin’s story of the time he was an inebriated pro-wrestler pile-driving his wife while watching wrestle mania in a trailer full of friends took home the prize in last night’s slam. Congrats to Jason on his win!
